Cherry Angiomas (hemangiomas)
These are little bright red bumps on the body that increase in number over time. They are common on the trunk, arms, and legs, but are less common on the face. They are of no medical concern but can be of cosmetically bothersome to some patients. After proper diagnosis, they can be safely and effective treated with lasers or electrosurgery. Treatments may need to be repeated periodically as patients often grow additional cherry angiomas over the years.
