Angiofibroma
Angiofibromas, also called fibrous papules, are skin-colored to slightly red, small, round bumps that are usually seen on the face, especially the nose. They are harmless and are often biopsied because of their appearance is similar to that of basal cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer. Angiofibromas can be removed surgically but can often recur.
